Animaugust is an event I've been running for the past 5 years, all about (you guessed it) animation!
For those out there who love animating, enjoy Inktober, or just want something fun to do during August: Animaugust is a month-long event dedicated to getting people excited about animation!
Animation is a form of art that is so widely accessible, that I'm hoping to use Animaugust to draw more people into trying it out for themselves!
With so many different tools, mediums and forms it can come in, animation can be a fantastic way to collaborate with friends and family, use for self-expression, or to just kill time with making something exciting and new!
This is my 5th year hosting Animaugust, I'm hoping to branch out to more people this time around, and hopefully have a large amount getting to try animation for the very first time.
Taking part in Animaugust is super easy! All you have to do is create an animation of your own, and post with the Animaugust hashtags!
I'm super excited to see what we can create together this year!
